Job Description
Client Management
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into clear and structured briefs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, timelines, and regular project updates.
Project Coordination
  • Develop project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, production) to ensure work meets the brief and quality standards.
  • Manage project changes or client requests (change requests) and communicate updates to relevant teams.
  • Monitor production processes from planning to project completion.
Administration & Budget Management
  • Manage project budgets and prepare quotations for client approval.
  • Handle administrative documents such as invoices, purchase requests, and project forms.
  • Review deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Reporting & Evaluation
  • Prepare project progress reports, campaign reports, and post‑project evaluations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns or processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience as an Account Executive or Project Manager in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, digital marketing, content production, or event management.
