Up to £26,000 FTE, dependent on experience – multiple positions available due to growth

Hours

37.5 Hour Week – Flexible working across 6 days (Monday‑Saturday)

Contract

Permanent – Summer contract – 50 weeks (5 weeks off in summer break, + 22 days holiday)

About the role

As a Paediatric Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing interventions under the guidance of a registered Therapist. You will also provide feedback on client progress, attend meetings, and advocate for clients and their families alongside the treating therapist. Your role will also involve supporting the indirect actions of the Therapist such as creating programmes and assisting with scheduling, development of resources and assistance in service improvement projects.
