A local educational trust in Burgess Hill is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead initiatives supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will implement behaviour policies, develop personalized learning plans, and work closely with educators and parents to ensure student success. Hours: 19.5 working 3 days per week (days to be discussed at interview)
We are seeking an experienced and committed SENCO to join our newly established Acorn Centre, supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The role involves leading behaviour strategies, developing alternative provision, and delivering targeted interventions to ensure positive outcomes for learners. You will work closely with the Vice Principal and Lead Practitioner to embed a culture of safety, inclusion, and high expectations.
