Location: In-person
Contract: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £15.50 - £17.00 per hour
Shifts: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, or 8am-9pm (includes supernumerary hours for audits)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in elderly care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and supervise staff
- Commitment to person-centred care and wellbeing
- Confidence in administering medication and conducting audits
- Understanding of CQC standards and care planning
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and mentor senior carers
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for residents
- Oversee medication administration and training updates
- Develop enriched care plans and engage residents in activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
