Warehouse Operative jobs in Canada

As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you are responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. You will ensure stock can meet sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.

• Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments to ensure efficiency
• Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer delivery
• Check stock quantities against computer records
• Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges
• Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and work with Drivers to ensure optimal delivery service
• Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential

45 hours on average, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work

You will have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, preferably in a fast-paced environment like FMCG.

• Experience with MAM is desirable but not essential
