Job summary
A nationally recognized logistics company in Frankton is looking for a Warehouse operative. This role requires no prior experience as full training is provided. The position offers pay rates from £12.88 to £14.72 per hour, with shifts of 12 hours day and night on a 4 on 4 off rota. Responsibilities include picking items from designated locations, packing for shipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Utilise pick lists to locate and pick items.
- Pack items securely for shipment and ensure labeling.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets.
- Unload and load containers.

Pay rates from £12.88 to £14.72 per hour depending on shifts and further training to operate Powered Pallet Trucks. The role of Warehouse operative is based in Rugby.

Shifts for Warehouse and PPT/LLOP Operatives
- 4 on 4 off shift rota
- 12 hours shifts days and nights
Pay
- From £12.88 to £14.72 per hour dependent on shift and level of training completed
- Paid weekly
Main duties
- Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Unloading and Loading containers.
Please be aware that a 5 year checkable work history will be required, and DBS and financial checks will be applied for.
