Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on target expectations and achievements through standard reporting processes
  • Create and maintain a positive team atmosphere and inclusive culture, by actively encouraging involvement from all colleagues
Qualifications
  • Experience leading a large team of warehouse colleagues within a fast paced and FMCG environment
  • Strong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a role focussing on continuous improvement would be advantageous
Benefits and Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent role, working on a shift pattern 4 on and 4 off Night, 7:30am to 7:30pm. We are looking to offer a salary of £40,080, and 23-days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
