Bar Manager, Mandarin Bar

39 hours, 5 days per week

Responsibilities
  • To manage, train and develop the bar team
  • Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in Mandarin Bar
  • You will engage with our guests, get to know our regulars and deliver memorable and enchanting experiences
  • You will work behind the bar and serve on the floor. This is a fast-paced environment that suits friendly and outgoing personalities
  • To handle administrative duties, i.e. payroll, holidays, rotas in accordance with hotel policies and procedures

As a Bar Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Bar Manager candidate, you must have knowledge on cocktails, wine and spirits and previous experience in a similar role.
