This role will support the design, enhancement, and implementation of the Target Operating Model for an internal GFS practice. The role will also involve tailoring content to align with geography nuances and supporting implementation across different geographies.

• Assist in the creation and refinement of the Target Operating Model.
• Identify and propose enhancements to the existing TOM framework to improve efficiency and suitability.

• Partner with geography implementation leads and teams to adapt global TOM content for regional/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on the development of implementation tools, templates, and supporting materials for effective roll‑out and consistency across geographies.
• Provide support in drafting comprehensive documentation, guides, and processes to facilitate smooth and successful implementation.

• Collaborate with team lead, regional leads, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, tailoring the TOM framework to fit their specific contexts and challenges.

• Develop and maintain a repository of standardized tools, templates, and best practices for TOM design and implementation to enhance consistency and scalability.

• Skilled in creating high‑quality tools, templates, and materials, including comprehensive process documentation, guides, and operational frameworks.
• Ability to assess and improve operational frameworks, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Detail‑oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all deliverables and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different geographies.
