As a Care Assistant, you will help residents with their daily living, provide support and companionship, and ensure each resident has one-on-one time. You will undertake a varied range of tasks to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. The role requires experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.
