Care Assistant Role

Be an upbeat person ready to work as a care assistant / nurse for our client.

• Assisting residents with personal care and dressing.
• Assisting with incontinence needs.
• Assisting with repositioning – use required equipment such as hoist, stand aid, slide sheet, etc.
• Assisting with food and fluids.
• Helping with laundry, cleaning, preparing meals.
• Record all relevant documents accurately – must have good verbal and written skills.

Requirements

• DBS
• National insurance number
• Right to work in UK
• Previous experience is essential.
• Health and social care relevant trainings.
• Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service.
• Manual Handling Practical training.

Nurse Role

• Valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a care home or similar setting.
• Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication.
• Ability to document and communicate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and their families.
• Ability to work in and lead a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs.
