✅ Opportunities Across the UK – Grow your career wherever life takes you.What We Offer:Extra holiday accrual in line with length of service (LOS)An additional personal day each yearSupportive team environment and structured on-boardingOpportunities for development and career progressionUniform providedIndemnity coveredGDC paidDBS paidWhat You’ll Be Doing:Hold Oral Health clinics in practices throughout the Yorkshire regionDeliver oral health prevention, education and promotion to patients and members of the publicProvide clinical preventative advice and interventions to targeted groups (e.g. caregivers for older people, ante-natal groups, early years settings)Provide integrated general and oral health advice and preventative treatments in line with treatment plansWork with early years groups in general dental practice, including targeted brief interventions to meet individual needsAssist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures when requiredPrepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materialsUphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanlinessMaintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasksContribute to creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the teamSkills and Attributes We’re Looking For:Qualified and GDC-registered Dental NurseFurther qualification in Oral Health, either:2-year OHP Practitioner Course, orCompletion of the Flexible Commissioning course through HEE (Max Course)Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groupsStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsComfortable working both chair-side and in community/public health settingsA caring, compassionate approach towards patients and colleaguesA proactive attitude towards learning and professional developmentHear From a Colleague:Hear from Nilly, one of our Qualified Dental Nurses, about her journey with Rodericks Dental Partners:“My experience working with Rodericks Dental Partners has been both rewarding and enriching.
