Job summary

Qualifications

  • Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience.
  • Demonstrate effective risk assessment and risk management experience.
  • Experience in delivery of clinical interventions.
  • Experience in working in a team delivering person-centered treatment packages.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking assessments of young people and working collaboratively with families.
  • Managing and assessing risk in collaboration with all systems.
  • Holding a caseload and undertaking duty.

Skills

Effective analytical and decision-making skills

Education

Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist OR Social Worker with relevant registration
Practice Assessor and Practice Supervisor training (for NMC registrants)
Ongoing professional development toward degree level
