Our client is a global Leader in health diagnostic tools and services, specialising in providing easy-to-use diagnostics to improve patients’ lives. Due to company expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Principal Scientist to join the company as the subject matter expert (SME) on Fluorescent In Situ Hybridisation (FISH), and support the quality control requirements for product performance.
The role:
Working as part of the Quality Control (QC) team, the Principal Scientist role is a fully onsite position. The role does not involve direct line management, however, you will be responsible for the management of on-going projects which will include mentorship and supervision.

As this position is acting as a subject matter expert on FISH Assays, it is essential that applicants have a deep understanding of using FISH as a diagnostic tool, both practical use of FISH assay and assay development.

Our client offers a permanent opportunity with a remuneration package of £50,000-£60,000 (Dependent on experience) along with competitive benefits package (inc. Private Medical/Dental, Bonus scheme, Company pension and additional flexible benefits).
