Right Now Group are partnering with a leading freight forwarder in Feltham, which is expanding its team due to continued growth. We are looking for an experienced Export AOG Operator to join their fast-paced team.

Location: Feltham

Hours: 4 on 4 off days - 07:00 - 19:00

Salary: £35,000-£40,000

• Manage time-sensitive AOG shipments from start to finish, ensuring urgent aircraft parts reach their destination without delays.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, and handling agents, providing real-time updates and solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation (MAWB, HAWB), ensuring full compliance with regulations.
• Monitor live AOG movements and respond quickly to any changes or urgent requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners, particularly managing a large AOG account.
• Organise and oversee collections and deliveries, making sure all shipments are handled efficiently.
• Manage inboxes, responding to customer queries and operational requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with import operations when required.

• Proven experience in Air Export AOG operations, handling urgent and time-critical shipments.
• Proficiency with Cargowise
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and airline partners.
• Full 5 year reference check and DBS
