  • Routine processing of HIVE reports on system
  • Responsible for timely processing of patient pathways ensuring 2/52 pathway is met where appropriate.
  • Arranging urgent / admission / outcome appointments
  • Dealing with patients over the telephone and escalate clinical issues.
