A leading tutoring service in Croydon is hiring a SEN Outreach 1-1 Tutor to provide personalized support for students with Special Educational Needs. This role offers flexible hours, allowing tutors to work from 1 to 35 hours a week based on their availability. Ideal candidates must have relevant teaching qualifications and experience in an SEN setting, with a passion for helping children succeed. Qualificações
- Able to work in the UK and pass background checks.
- Experience with children having ASD, DLD, ADHD, and Trauma Support.
- Understand the complexities around SEND.
Responsabilidades
- Assess individual educational needs and create a personalised learning plan.
- Provide tutoring and homework help.
- Work closely with foster carers to meet educational needs.
- Build relationships with the child for emotional support.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback.
