Qualifications

• Able to work in the UK and pass background checks.
• Experience with children having ASD, DLD, ADHD, and Trauma Support.
• Understand the complexities around SEND.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual educational needs and create a personalised learning plan.
• Provide tutoring and homework help.
• Work closely with foster carers to meet educational needs.
• Build relationships with the child for emotional support.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback.

Skills

Passion for working with children with SEN needs

Strong behavioural management skills

Ability to liaise with SENCO and guardians
