Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments (hotels, restaurants, catering or guest services).
• Experience delivering functional, employability, or vocational training is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to support a diverse range of learners into sustainable vocational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging vocational learning in food & beverage, customer service, front-of-house, and hospitality operations.
• Embed employability skills such as CV development, interview readiness, and professional conduct.
• Support learners to build confidence and sector knowledge.
