A leading health service provider in Ipswich seeks a Clinical Fellow in Cornea and General Ophthalmology. The role is full-time, for a 12-month term with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities include managing urgent cases, participating in clinics, and offering support to junior staff. Applicants must possess full GMC registration, FRCOphth or equivalent, and have a broad knowledge of General Ophthalmology. The successful applicant will be expected to participate actively in the diagnosis, management and follow-up of patients with cornea disease under supervision and on his/her own.
This is a full-time clinical fellowship post for a fixed term period of 12 months with possibility to extend for a further 12 months.
This post is designed to support this service and to ensure that patient waiting times are maintained within target.
