This job will involve documenting and analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and that solutions align with company objectives. Experience with product development, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and project management methodologies would be desirable.

As the Business Analyst, you will work full-time hours. This job is a permanent position. This job offers hybrid working to suit business needs. Candidates will need to be located within a commutable distance to Andover.

Business Analyst Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Document and analyse business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to support the delivery of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.

Qualifications
Business Analyst Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree; BCS BA Practitioner desirable.
  • Business analysis experience across requirements, process, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in BA tools and techniques (e.g. MS Office, Power BI, SQL, BPMN, Visio).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Agile or Waterfall delivery.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
