Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Reading HQ

💰 £25,000 base + uncapped commission

💰 £30-35,000+ OTE in first year

• Building relationships with clients in the Engineering or Technology sectors
• Finding and engaging top talent to match with your clients needs
• Managing the full recruitment process; from first contact to job offer
• Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)

• 6-12+ months sales experience is preferred (will consider other backgrounds, hospitality, retail etc.)
