A local charity organization in Belfast is looking for a Charity Shop Manager. The role includes driving sales, managing staff and volunteers, ensuring high standards of customer service, and adhering to cash handling protocols. Ideal candidates should have retail and charity experience, with a strong emphasis on customer care. This position offers flexible working hours up to 25 hours a week.
THE EMPLOYER IS: CANCER FOCUS NIAll duties involved with running a charity shop with the aim of achieving optimum profit by maximising sales. You will be assisting with the management of staff and volunteers in order to ensure the efficient running of the shop. Customer service, cash handling and stock processing will be the major roles of the job, as well as building up knowledge and responsibility over time.
