Service Advisor – Independent Garage (Bookham Area)

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 + incentives

Flexible working hours between 7:30am–6pm. Options include: 7:30–5:00 or 8:30–6:00. Choice of 30‑minute or 1‑hour lunch — adjust your start/finish time accordingly. 21 days holiday + bank holidays. Paid lunch once a week.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and by phone
• Managing bookings, scheduling work and maintaining clear communication with the workshop
• Providing updates on vehicle progress and ensuring customers feel informed and supported
• Preparing job cards, estimates and liaising with techniciansDelivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (independent or dealership)
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
• A proactive, friendly and professional approach
• Knowledge of automotive systems or workshop processes (advantageous)
