  • Coordinate and deliver materials, parts, and tooling required for planned work orders.
  • Review work packages and recommend additional materials or services.
  • Ensure incidents are reported and managed in line with GFA OHS&E Standards.
  • Manage logistics including verifying delivery dates and monitoring flows.
  • Oversee tooling and consumables for compliance and serviceability.
  • Liaise with various departments to support scheduling and work execution.
  • Participate in scheduling meetings to report on stock readiness.

Job description
  • Position: Trade Operator (Stores/ Warehousing)
  • Location: St Ives Gold Mine, WA
  • Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off (Residential – Kalgoorlie/ Kambalda)
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver materials, parts, and tooling required for planned work orders.
  • Review work packages and recommend additional materials or services.
  • Ensure incidents are reported and managed in line with GFA OHS&E Standards.
  • Manage logistics: verify delivery dates, expedite shipments, source unavailable items, stage materials, monitor flows, and return unused/routable parts.
  • Oversee tooling and consumables to ensure compliance, serviceability, and correct storage.
  • Liaise with Purchasing, Warehousing, Planners, and Supervisors to support scheduling and work execution.
  • Participate in scheduling meetings to report on stock readiness and availability.

  • Experience in warehousing or parts store operations.
  • SAP experience (essential).
