A leading employment services provider in Wigan is seeking an Employer Account Manager to establish and maintain relationships with employers, ensuring suitable vacancies for participants. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-driven environment and a solid understanding of the local employment market. Employer Account Manager
Salary: £28,325 per annum + Package
Location: Based in Wigan (Travel throughout the Greater Manchester Region required)

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00

Contract: Permanent

If successful you will establish, grow and maximise employer relationships and ensure that suitable vacancies are sourced for and are filled by Ingeus participants across the region or contract area.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants.
  • Sell the Ingeus recruitment services to employers and utilise marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and job opportunities.
  • Identify recruitment needs of each employer and ensure that pre-screens and group assessments are tailored to their specific needs.
  • Promote and agree recruitment processes with employers, i.e. web and face to face recruitment sessions, screening and shortlisting processes as well as job offer processes.

To be successful you will require

  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have experience of working in a sales/ target driven environment.
  • Have a strong understanding of the local employment market.
  • Have the ability to present to clients both in person and via digital platforms.
