Zusammenfassung
A recruitment consultancy in the defence sector is seeking an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering expertise in the early stages of complex weapons development. This role involves delivering systems engineering across the product lifecycle, conducting requirements analysis, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum. This position is limited to British citizens due to security requirements.
Qualifikationen
- Proven systems engineering experience in defence or aerospace projects.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management and use case development.
- Experience with system architecture and modelling tools.
- Ability to assess performance and system behaviour.
- Practical experience with MBSE techniques and frameworks.
Aufgaben
- Deliver systems engineering across the front end of the product lifecycle.
- Conduct requirements and use case analysis.
- Develop system architecture designs and functional models.
- Perform performance assessment and system behaviour analysis.
- Lead work packages and coordinate technical activities with stakeholders.
