Job summary

A technology company in Greater London is seeking a skilled professional to manage infrastructure operations and security solutions. The candidate should have higher education in Computer Science and in-depth knowledge of network security products. Key responsibilities include resolving complex issues, maintaining documentation, and implementing security solutions. A strong understanding of cloud network infrastructure and networking protocols is essential. Candidates with less experience may also qualify for a junior position.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines is a must.
• In-depth technical knowledge on infrastructure and network products including Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Cisco, Aruba.
• Solid concept and hands‑on experience with network, system security solutions such as CASB, NAC, CDN, WAF, Secure Web Gateway, Secure Email Gateway.
• Sound knowledge and hands‑on experience of cloud network infrastructure.
• Experience in design and implementation of robust and resilient global network over public or private cloud platforms is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
• CCNP or higher certification (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
• Strong time management, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.

• Bridge the gap between development and operations by embracing 'Infrastructure as Code' (IaC) and working closely with the DevOps team.
• Provide support during non‑office hours whenever needed.
