Qualifications

• Candidates must have 3rd line support experience.
• Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Essential MSP experience required.
• Strong networking knowledge, especially with Ubiquiti Unifi and Mikrotik.
• Expertise in Windows Server including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and security.
• Proficient in Linux with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools like NinjaOne or ConnectWise.
• Awareness of cyber security best practices.
