A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to expand market presence in the UK electrical sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong strategic vision, and experience with HV and LV contractors. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles. Travel within the UK is required.

- Proven track record as a senior sales leader or head of sales with experience in technical sales.
- Strong strategic vision with hands-on expertise in new business development.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK market for HV contractors.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for HV and LV electrical contractors.
- Lead and manage a sales team while setting performance targets.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Conocimientos
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market presence, targeting HV&LV electrical contractors, panel builders, and their end users across the UK.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting performance targets and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders to create a robust pipeline of opportunities for power quality solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals and targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of complex quotes, leveraging technical support to secure high-value contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the power quality space.
- Proven track record as a senior sales leader or head of sales, with extensive experience in technical sales, preferably within power quality or related electrical engineering fields.
- Strong strategic vision combined with hands-on expertise in new business development and team management.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK market, including HV contractors and panel builders, and their operational dynamics.
- Solid understanding of 3-phase electricity principles to effectively engage with technical stakeholders.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required to support sales initiatives and team development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive both team success and direct sales outcomes.
