Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant or Account Manager to work with one of our longest standing clients - and a leading player in the UK and overseas Construction and Technical sectors.

This client agency has been busy building a serious reputation in their sector for delivery and professionalism from their main office in Glasgow, dealing with a fantastic client list across the UK (and further afield). They now need a talented, driven recruitment Delivery Consultant to join their Glasgow-based team to support their growing client base and sales development team and maintain their growth line into next year and beyond.

With a cool, funky work environment and new city centre offices (and hybrid working, after you complete probation), you\'ll also enjoy a strong base salary of £30k-£35k (DOE), a very strong commission package based on your performance with excellent additional benefits.

  • Demonstrate relevant experience and skills in sourcing, nurturing and developing good candidate relationships to find the best available candidate talent for client accounts.
  • Support the growing client base and sales development team and contribute to the company\'s growth trajectory.
