- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals and targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of complex quotes, leveraging technical support to secure high-value contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the power quality space.
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior sales leader or head of sales, with extensive experience in technical sales, preferably within power quality or related electrical engineering fields.
- Strong strategic vision combined with hands-on expertise in new business development and team management.
