A healthcare trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time Administrator Support to provide proactive assistance to the Estates team. The ideal candidate will have strong IT organization skills and administrative experience, contributing to the management of information systems and ensuring efficient service delivery. This role offers a salary of £24,465 per annum and runs for a fixed term of 18 months.
The closing date is 02 December 2025
Fixed term 18 months (until 31 March 2027).
Full time 37.5 hours per week.
Band 2, £24,465 per annum.
You will provide efficient and proactive support to the Trust's Estates team by delivering quality, timely, cost effective and customer focussed outcomes, achieving high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring that information is organised and stored digitally so that it is easily accessible and sharable for all Estates and Capital Projects team members within the parameters set by the Trust's Data Protection and Information Management policies. The post holder also provides support with ensuring the Micad system supports efficient and effective service delivery.
