About the Role

As Head of Business Development, you'll report directly to our OnSite Business Development Director and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen client relationships and secure new opportunities. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll craft compelling bid submissions, collaborate across departments, and influence the future of our business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business development strategies aligned with company priorities.
