Resumo da oferta
A leading logistics firm in London is seeking a Coordinator for their Supply Chain Management Team. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing supplier relations, and controlling inventory. Candidates should have a diploma, at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and requires occasional overtime and travel.
Qualificações
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in import/export (Incoterms, invoice & packing list).
- Good team player with strong accuracy.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate with parties for logistics and shipments.
- Manage supplier and customer orders and forecasts.
- Control inventory for temporary & BCP stock.

Basic + AWS + VB
- Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
- Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / invoice & BL checking etc)
- Supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management)
May be required to travel on case‑by‑case basis (in‑person meeting or remote meeting) - Inventory control (temporary & BCP stock)
- Cost analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
- Diploma / degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in import / export (Incoterm, invoice & packing list etc)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good team player, time‑management, accuracy and problem‑solving skills
- Must be comfortable with working overtime occasionally and overseas travel
