The Elevation Programme is a fast-track development opportunity designed to build future leaders within our Product, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. You will gain first-hand exposure to how a high-volume, global retail supply chain operates from factory floor to customer. This programme offers a unique opportunity to influence product performance, availability, and profitability for the UK's largest sports retailer by working directly with our sourcing and manufacturing partners. What You'll Do Year 1: Supply Chain Foundations You will work closely with multiple factories that manufacture products for our brands, gaining full ownership of the product lifecycle, including:

  • Have insight into product design, development, and factory onboarding
  • Demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation
  • Managing amendments, production timelines, and logistics flows
  • Quality control, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Reviewing performance data to optimise categories and improve supply efficiency
  • Factory partners attend weekly trading and performance reviews at our Shirebrook HQ, giving you regular exposure to commercial trading decisions, supplier negotiations, and operational problem-solving. Year 2: Specialisation & Scale Building on your foundation year, you will specialise in a defined area of the supply chain (e.g. sourcing, planning, production, or category optimisation), while gaining exposure across additional brands and product categories within the Group.
