  • Strong Excel capability and experience working with ERP systems.

  • Monitoring inventory through live shipment schedules and bespoke reporting.

Job description

You'll support end-to-end UK supply chain operations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Managing time‑critical import clearance for inbound pharmaceutical shipments
  • Monitoring inventory through live shipment schedules and bespoke reporting
  • Maintaining product master data, customer pricing files, and RTB requests
  • Producing regular supply chain reports for internal stakeholders
  • Supporting demand planning for existing and new products
  • Creating and submitting inventory orders to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Managing sample requests, stock takes, and quarterly sample counts
  • Monitoring obsolete stock and supporting annual destruction processes
  • Supporting S&OP meetings, SOX controls, CRP/Evergreen submissions, and audits
  • Managing and reviewing vendors, including value‑added and clinical homecare services
  • Assisting with budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and cost‑efficiency initiatives
  • Contributing to cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
