A leading main contractor is looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to join its established pre-construction division. The team currently sits at around fifteen people, and due to several major PCSAs coming up (circa 100 million), the business is keen to bring in an experienced individual who can immediately add value.
This opportunity would suit someone who comes from either a Pre-Construction or Senior Design Management background. You will need to be a do-er who enjoys getting stuck in, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can operate confidently at a senior level. The role is full-time office based with no hybrid arrangement, so you will need to be comfortable working closely with the team day-to-day.
- Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally within student accommodation or residential
- Strong background in high rise and RC frame schemes
- Confident managing PCSAs and early stage project development
- Able to work effectively within a large pre-construction team
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to drive design solutions
- Previous experience within a main contractor is essential
- Up to 90,000 salary + full package (car allowance or car, health, pension, bonus)
- Secure pipeline of major schemes already in pre-construction
