An educational institution in England seeks a Science teacher at its Newport campus. Salary: £29,609 - £35,276 per annum (£14,804.50 - £17,638.00 pro rata dependent on experience)
Contract: 19.5 hours per week, permanent
AMarket Supplement may also be available for this position. This is an additional payment that may be made to you in addition to your salary above, which is reviewed annually.
To deliver high-quality and engaging Science teaching across a range of programmes within the College’s growing STEM provision. This includes the Level 3 Forensic and Criminal Investigation qualifications, Level 2 Applied Science, GCSE Biology (Adult provision), and Science delivery supporting the Health and Social Care T Level. The post holder will play a key role in maintaining teaching quality and learner experience across both 16–19 and adult pathways, ensuring students develop a strong foundation in scientific knowledge and skills. This role supports the continued expansion of Science and Health-related curriculum areas and is essential to sustaining planned growth, meeting timetabling demands, and upholding academic standards within the department.
