Qualifications

• Must have Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or extensive TA experience at higher level.
• Ability to lead learning confidently and independently is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing, with an Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group and whole-class learning under teacher guidance.
• Plan and deliver targeted interventions to raise attainment.
• Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning climate.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop inclusive learning resources.
• Assist with assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
