A leading healthcare provider in Reading is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients, handling various administrative tasks to ensure seamless care. This role involves interacting with clients both in person and over the phone. Applicants with prior healthcare experience are preferred but training will be provided. The position promises a supportive work environment with a focus on empowering clients' reproductive choices.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare is desirable, though not essential.
- Experience of working in a Contact Centre.
