Job summary
A leading housing recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Housing Complaints Officer for a 6-month temporary position in Willenhall. This role involves managing Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints, handling complex disrepair cases, and ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code. Applicants should have strong writing skills to produce high-quality responses and be able to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Complaints Officer to join a busy housing team in the North West on a 6-month temporary contract.
