A technology support company in Poole, England, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance for hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT support, focusing on user account management and troubleshooting. We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer. You will provide technical support on a range of software and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across various IT domains within our organisation. This role involves on-site attendance to deliver user IT support (2nd and 3rd Line), assisting users with day-to-day queries, and actively participating in IT projects.
Hours :
Full Time / Permanent. 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)
