The Team Leader – Locality Manager Community Care reports to the Executive Manager - Community Care Resources and is part of the service management team. The role involves providing information and advice to support service and directorate decision-making, and assisting Elected Members in setting the Council’s strategic objectives and priorities.
Responsibilities include managing locality-based community care resources and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services, including residential and support services for adults, in line with the Council’s values, objectives, targets, and statutory obligations.
Provide professional advice to the Executive Manager regarding the development, planning, and delivery of services to ensure statutory requirements are met and relevant policies are implemented.
