What You Will Do

Work alongside the Team Manager during Duty to review referrals, set thresholds, and allocate or close cases.

Provide expert guidance to social workers to uphold high-quality practice and compliance with legislation.

Lead on complex casework, supervise less experienced colleagues, and manage an autonomous caseload.

Facilitate reflective practice sessions and group supervision to promote continuous learning.

Build strong partnerships with external agencies to enhance interagency collaboration and support the ‘team around the child’ approach.

Carry out thorough assessments, create detailed plans and reports, and present in key meetings and decision-making forums.
