A healthcare solutions provider is seeking an Administration & Engagement Officer to enhance knowledge about diabetic eye screening. The role involves engaging with underserved communities and requires flexibility in work hours, including some evenings or weekends. Candidates should have experience in customer service and social media engagement. A driving license is essential for travel across the Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire area.
Role: Administration & Engagement Officer
Location: Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire - within the role you will work across our offices in Oxford and High Wycombe, with some remote working.
Salary: £24,523
As an Administration & Engagement Officer you will be:
InHealth is the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. Our aim is to make healthcare better for patients by working collaboratively with the NHS to deliver a range of high‑quality tests, scans, assessments and procedures. In the last year, we have supported more than 5 million people in their healthcare journeys, the majority of these are NHS patients and service users.
As a people‑focused organisation, our teams are integral in how we deliver our services and our values of Trust, Passion, Care and Fresh Thinking underpin everything we do, influencing the way we interact with patients, customers and colleagues.
Our mission is to be the preferred provider of high‑quality diagnostics and healthcare solutions in hospitals and in accessible community settings, serving patients from 1,000 locations by 2025.
We are looking to recruit an Engagement Officer for 37.5 hours per week. The working pattern is negotiable and can include hybrid working, however flexibility in weekly working pattern is key to this role, and may include occasional evenings and weekends, and location as required. Applicants would be expected to travel across the Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire area to engage with stakeholders and attend events, so a driving licence and access to a car is essential for the role.
You’ll enjoy the support and scope to enhance your own career too, as you gain the experience and training you need to develop as an Engagement Officer.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
