Job Title: Traveling Site Manager – RD/LIHTC Properties
Location: Travel Required (Multiple Properties)
Compensation: $23+/hour (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Traveling Site Manager to oversee Rural Development (RD) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. This position requires travel between multiple sites to ensure compliance, efficiency, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of RD/LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with program regulations.
2. Oversee leasing, relations, and property maintenance coordination.
3. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring organization and compliance.
4. Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks.
5. Communicate effectively via Outlook 365 (required).
6. Work closely with regional leadership to implement company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in property management, specifically RD and LIHTC programs.
2. Knowledge of Yardi software.
3. Proficiency in Outlook 365 (required).
4. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to travel regularly between assigned properties.
