ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for retail professionals to join the Finisterre team at our fantastic Covent Garden store.
The role of Supervisor is an entry point into management within our retail development path. You will lead by example to drive sales through exceptional customer service and high store standards, while also ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, you will take responsibility for key areas in the store which include operations, visual merchandising, community and customer experience. In doing so, you’ll be enabling the team to meet store targets and KPI’s while being proficient in all aspects of store operations.

We are offering a full time, permanent contract, based at our Covent Garden store.
We’ll invest in you with a competitive hourly rate of £14.35 per hour.
