Our internships are designed to give you an insight into ! what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• As an NPI Purchasing Engineering Intern, you will become a project team member in international projects.
• You will be responsible for introduction of new components from a concept stage to product introduction.
• Furthermore, you will also be responsible making Engineering changes to existing parts to enhance cost, quality, and time. This will involve developing components while liaising with key stake holder such as Suppliers, R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to ensure project miles stones are met by identifying cost drivers.

• Basic understanding on mechanical or electrical components.
• Basic understanding of 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Has the ability to adapt quickly to changing working environments and is ready to embrace new ways of working through digitalisation.
• Has the confidence to challenge and create new ideas.
• Has the capability to work well in a team as well as independently, using own initiative.
• Has a quality mind-set with high attention to detail.

Working Hours:

• 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
