Job summary

An award-winning hotel in Cornwall is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team at Scarlet Kitchen. The role involves preparing high-quality, sustainable dishes, collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and mentoring junior staff. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, possess Food Safety Level 2 certification, and share a passion for local sourcing.
